Chez Simon 8 kms. south-west of Cognac, Charente The farmhouse, which is over 200 years old, can accommodate up to 10 people in a total of four bedrooms (three upstairs, one downstairs). Each bedroom is equipped with a handbasin, two also have a shower cabinet and there is a large family bathroom on the first floor. There is a total number of four WCs. Also on the ground floor is a sitting room, dining room, kitchen (with open fire-place) and utility room. There is an exterior terrace for meals "al fresco" and a courtyard by the swimming pool for drinks and relaxation.
